THE OVERMAN
10x30 Situational Comedy Sitcom
STEP 1: Boil down history's greatest thinkers into playful modern caricatures
STEP 2: Drop 'em in New York City.
STEP 3: See how they cope with the everyday struggles of the 21st Century.
What if you took some of history’s most brilliant minds and threw them into modern New York City? The Overman follows playful modern caricatures of great thinkers as they cope with the struggles of everyday life and broaden their horizons beyond their personal philosophies.

At the foreground of all this is the Overman himself, reclusive freelance writer Friedrich Nietzsche (28), who seeks to wake the masses through his socio-political blog, The Overman, but much like the Parable of the Madman, no one cares.

Only people to listen are his friends Renee Descartes (29), an overqualified disgruntled high school teacher, Thomas Aquinas (28), an annoyingly wholesome super-Christian librarian, and Sigmund Freud (32), a nosy pedantic bartender. Together
this unlikely quartet will face
the world.
